Pre-Order: The pre-order service offered by Chika & Co. allows you to order a product before it has been shipped to the UK. You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the pre-order. We currently estimate that our first shipment will arrive in the UK for mid to end of October. We will keep you updated at every stage, including when goods arrive into the UK and when the products have been dispatched from the warehouse. We will do our best to ship pre-order products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.


Processing: Once the products get to the UK, they will be processed and dispatched to you within 1-2 working days. Orders are processed and packaged Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we will action this as soon as possible on Monday. If for any reason we are unable to meet this dispatch turnaround, we will contact you as soon as possible.


Delivery: Small items - Standard UK Delivery - £5.90.

Delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Medium items - Standard UK Delivery - £9.02.

Delivered within 3 to 5 working days

Large items - Standard UK Delivery - £15.85.

Delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Please note orders placed after 3pm Friday will be shipped on Monday. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Chika & Co. you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.


Delivery Claims: If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). Chika & Co. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


Returns: Our policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can do so provided that you return the item within 14 days of the item being delivered and the item is in re-saleable condition including: 1) It is in its original packaging, including all accessories and 2) It is unopened, unused and in its original condition. Faulty Items: We want to ensure that you love your purchase and are happy with the quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us - within 7 days of receipt of the product/s. For full price items, we will either exchange or arrange a store credit. The product/s must be in original condition, unused and are accompanied with the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For final sale items we cannot offer an exchange or refund, unless the product is faulty.

Handmade: All of our items are handmade by our artisans and may have slight variations, flaws as the natural materials used can vary in colour. These variations make every piece unique and no piece will ever be identical.

Product Care: All products are water resistent and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. If you have damaged the goods yourself, or you have failed to take proper care of the goods we may not be able to provide you with a repair, refund or replacement.
